2021 photo dump. At the beginning of the year, I wrote a blog post called “the year of being gentle”. I vowed to just be nice to myself this year, to accept where I am & how things are. It wasn’t always easy to shush my inner critic, but it was a mantra I kept returning to & repeating. Maybe 2022 will be the year I can finally silence my inner critic, or maybe not, but either way cheers to another year 🥂

Thankful for quality time spent in the woods

Got to see this adorable ray of sunshine tonight. We’re states apart but our friendship never misses a beat 🌶

Self love - I’m learning - is the most precious gift we have to offer to both ourselves and those around us. Accepting exactly who you are right now will set you free and allow your light to shine bright to the world around you. It’s easy to get caught up in the monotonous day to day, but certain experiences have the power to ground us and pull us from our minds into our bodies. Be curious and seek out those experiences. This earth is a beautiful and grand place just waiting to be awed at. Onward friends, always onward.
